About Laura Lazour

Laura Lazour has been a student of various studies at Institute for the Advancement of Service for the past twenty years. She co-leads workshops and trainings on psychospiritual growth, the heart and emotional healing, and leadership and organizational design.  She is a member of the Institute’s board of directors.

Laura holds a Transformational Leadership Certificate from the Center for Professional Development at Georgetown University.  She has 34 years of public service with the Arlington County Government in the field of community recreation and holds the position of Sports and Recreation Division Chief since 1998.  She completed training as a polarity practitioner, is a student of yoga, and holds a B.A. in Art History/Fine Arts from George Washington University.
