Vision-Mission-Description
ONLINE STUDY PROGRAMS FOR THE SOUL AND SERVICE TRILOGY
VISION
To be an outreach online home for teaching The Clarion Way to individuals who are resonant, capable, and willing to embody the wisdom and practice of the philosophy of The Soul and Service Trilogy.
MISSION
To provide independent study programs in a module format that enliven the three books of The Soul and Service Trilogy – Born to Serve, The Awakened Leader, and The Clarion Call – and that use various interactive technologies to support students to learn, practice, and integrate these teachings.
DESCRIPTION
The Institute is pleased to announce that beginning in October 2010, the teachings of The Clarion Way will become available online, nationally and internationally, for individuals who wish to study The Soul and Service Trilogy. The Trilogy embodies the philosophical teachings evolved by Susan S. Trout, PhD over her thirty years at the Institute for the Advancement of Service (IAS). The curriculum is designed for serious students who are prepared to address their own soul development in order to provide the soul-inspired service that is so urgently needed in this transformational time. Students will come to view their service as a classroom for spiritual development and self-transformation. By viewing it in this way, service becomes a means of purification, removing obstacles to the awareness of one’s true nature. This deep work stirs conscious connections with the soul and animates one’s life with true richness.
The Clarion Way is the name given to the psychospiritual path of The Soul and Service Trilogy:
Born to Serve: The Evolution of the Soul through Service, with a Foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama
The Awakened Leader: Leadership as a Classroom of the Soul
The Clarion Call: Leadership and Group Life in the Aquarian Era
